Terms of Service for Crazy Baboons
By accessing or playing Crazy Baboons, you agree to comply with the following rules. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans from the game, depending on the severity of the offense.
1.1. Prohibition of Hate Speech:
No Racism: Racist language, slurs, or behavior are strictly forbidden. Offenders will be banned immediately and permanently, without warning.
No Sexism: Discriminatory comments or actions based on gender are not allowed. Violations will lead to disciplinary actions, including permanent bans.
1.2. Respectful Behavior:
No Toxicity: We are committed to fostering a positive and enjoyable environment. Toxic behavior, such as harassment, bullying, or excessive negativity, will not be tolerated. Treat all players with respect and decency.
No Discussions of Sexual Content: To maintain a safe space for all players, discussions or references to sexual content are strictly prohibited. Please keep such topics private.
1.3. Fair Play:
No Hacking or Cheating: Using hacks, cheats, or any unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Offenders will face immediate and permanent bans.
No Ban Evasion: Attempting to circumvent a ban by using alternative accounts, VPNs, or any other method will result in an IP ban and further penalties.
2.1. Role of Moderators:
Moderator Responsibilities: Moderators are entrusted with the task of ensuring that these rules are followed. They have the authority to monitor in-game behavior, warn players, and report violations.
Reporting Violations: Moderators can report serious offenses directly to Two Armed Baboons for further investigation. If a report is validated, the offending player may be subject to a temporary or permanent ban.
Moderator Discretion: Moderators have the discretion to issue warnings and enforce temporary measures. However, all permanent bans must be approved by Two Armed Baboons.
2.2. Appeal Process:
Appealing a Ban: If you believe that a ban or disciplinary action was applied in error, you may appeal by contacting us through our official Discord server (discord.gg/crazybaboons)
3.1. No Impersonation:
Impersonating Staff or Moderators: Pretending to be a member of Two Armed Baboons staff or a moderator is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate disciplinary measures.
3.2. No Exploiting Glitches:
Exploiting Game Bugs: Intentionally exploiting any bugs or glitches within the game to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Players found exploiting will be subject to bans or other penalties.
3.3. Respect Intellectual Property:
No Unauthorized Content: Sharing, distributing, or posting content that violates intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrighted material, is strictly prohibited.
Violations of these rules will result in appropriate actions, which may include warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other measures as deemed necessary by Two Armed Baboons.
Two Armed Baboons reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure compliance.
6. Modding Policy
Two Armed Baboons does not endorse or permit the modification of our games or the unauthorized distribution of private information to our games. Any modifications or related actions undertaken without our explicit written consent may result in the issuance of a cease-and-desist letter to ensure compliance.
